   Use of Illegal Programs / 3rd Apps that cause damage to the race such as:
   Riots, inability to resist from other players (HR3 Race Many times with power cheats), toxic with power cheats.
   Penalty: Case Session / 3x Warning / 30 DAYS Banned

   Dilarang Melakukan Provokasi Negatif di dalam game.
